Data we process
- Account details such as email address and technical account identifiers.
- Subscription status and monthly voice usage.
- Audio submitted when you request transcription and the resulting text.
- Security and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
Why we process it
We process data to provide the contracted service, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, support customers and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
We use specialized providers for authentication, cloud hosting, payments and speech processing. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Arabic Taskeel.
Retention
Account, billing and legal records are retained as required to operate the service and comply with law. Voice recordings are transmitted securely to our backend and an AI provider solely to produce a transcription. Arabic Taskeel does not retain the audio recording after processing.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to certain processing. You may also complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten in Sweden.
International processing
Some providers may process data outside Sweden. Appropriate legal and contractual safeguards are used where required.
