First subscription purchase
You may request a refund for your first Plus or Pro subscription purchase within 14 days by emailing support@arabictaskeel.com. We may refuse or reduce a refund after extensive use, fraud or abuse, or where applicable law permits a proportionate charge for service already supplied. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel a Plus or Pro subscription through the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Extra-hour packs
Extra-hour packs are one-time purchases for an active Plus or Pro account. A pack may be refunded within 14 days only if none of its hours has been used, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund requests
Contact us promptly if a payment was duplicated, unauthorized or the paid service was not supplied. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe and your bank.
Digital service consent
Where applicable, access to digital voice services may begin immediately after purchase. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
